Armchair AI is a fantasy football assistant that automates team management and research based on your preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Access & Accounts

• A free tier is available by waitlist during private beta
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the service
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Share your login credentials
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You may cancel your account at any time via support@armchairai.com
• Refunds are issued pro-rata for the remaining portion of the current month

6. Uptime & SLAs

We do not guarantee uptime or provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

7. Account Termination

You may cancel your account by contacting support. We will delete your data within 1 week.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and software are the property of Armchair AI or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

11. Policy Changes

We will notify you of any updates via email.
